My educational & tutorials videos are for those who want to get more information’s about insurance & reinsurance, for those who use insurance in their daily life, and for employees from different levels and backgrounds who work in insurance & reinsurance companies and brokers and want to achieve more, for those who want to contribute by coming up with solutions to problems via their work roles.

I don’t just want to show you solutions, but to inspire you to experiment, inform and share that with others.

The tools we have for risk management & underwriting have never been so easy to use. We just have to learn what they are, how to use them, and how to get creative with them. That’s my aim with TAMEEN GURU.

I am Nadia Saleh, FCII

From Cairo, Egypt to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 90’s till present.

Aside from this, I’m a reinsurance expert and have 30+ years of experience implementing and training employees on: Reinsurance Treaty Agreements, Business development, contract negotiations, claims management, underwriting practices across; Egypt, UAE, Syria, Oman, Bahrain, Turkey, Sri Lanka.

My qualifications are Mass Communications and Reinsurance High Diploma, Cairo University. My passion is thinking of solutions for very challenging issues, spreading knowledge, and sharing ideas with others.
  • I was the only point of contact with the international markets, leads to facing a lot of challenges, which I have managed & converted them to opportunities, PERFECTLY.
  • Reporting to the highest managerial level in 3 different big insurance companies in the UAE market, independently taking decisions, reporting strategic matters, which have never been failed.
  • Heading as SVP Reinsurance in the biggest Insurance group of companies in UAE leads to managing 6 companies and 2 regional branches with separate covers under my direct supervision.
  • Speaking the same language of the reinsurers had offered the companies which I have served at, a competitive advantage over others.
  • Contributing in the decision making processes for all companies I worked for.
  • I have demonstrated commitment to fostering profession growth and development of women through mentorship and has nurtured the next generation of leaders.
  • I have become the main reference for many colleagues and individuals working in the insurance industry, who seek my opinion and clarification on any reinsurance matter, which has granted me the opportunity to become the personal consultant to the CEO of one of the biggest Insurance company in the UAE.
